How to Use the Business Accounting Excel Tool
Step 1 – Import Your Bank Statement
- Go to the “Processing” sheet and select Import Statement.
- Follow the prompts to choose the appropriate columns.

- Enter or paste your revenue details into the Invoices sheet.
Step 3 – Add Your Expenses
- Enter or paste your expense details into the Expenses sheet.
Step 4 – Match Transactions
- Click the Find Matches button on the “Processing” sheet.
- The tool will automatically match transactions with invoices and expenses.

- Check for unmatched rows in the “Processing” sheet and tidy up your data.
